Please take a few minutes to reviews these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Ravish Bakery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to reviews these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from the bakery or use the website.

Terms of Shipping/Pickup/Delivery:

Because of the fragile nature of the products, some breakage may occur during the transport (though we do everything in our power to prevent that) but will not affect the taste and quality of our treats.

We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible, generally orders are shipped within the week that the order is received. Additional time may be required for detailed dessert cakes and large orders (feeding 75 people or more). This website is meant to service customers in the Kingston, NY area, but there is a $3.99 delivery fee. If you live outside of the 15 mile radius of Kingston, the delivery fee will be raised to $10. Cookies can be sent anywhere. Please take into consideration the amount of appropriate time needed if ordering for an event.

All orders must be given a 5-day advance before the pickup/delivery date. Please stay within hours and days of operation. Local deliveries are based on available times. Refunds will not be issues for deliveries with incomplete or incorrect information or if the recipient is not present to receive the cake.

Orders must be cancelled at least 3 days before the preferred delivery/shipping/pickup date. Please text (845) 218-1009, so that we may assist you with your request. Orders cancelled within the 3 day period may incur a fee of 50% of the value of the purchase.

Refund and Return Policy

If there is a problem with an order you’ve received, please text (845) 218-1009 or emails us at ravishcakes@gmail.com. Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of when the package was received. There are no returns or exchanges, but a discount may be discussed.

Only one delivery attempt will be made per order. Should your order require an address correction, the customer is responsible for additional shipping and product costs.

Ravish Bakery is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

  • Package refusal.

  • Compromised quality due to prolonged outdoor exposure to the package.

  • Improper handling of the product by the customer.

  • Cakes that have not been picked up or cakes picked up on a date other than that requested.

    Depending on the circumstance, Ravish Bakery may issue a credit or re-order.


To avoid any charges, orders must be cancelled more than 3 days before the preferred delivery/pickup date. There is a 50% charge of the total on all orders cancelled within the 3 days of the delivery or pickup date. Any orders cancelled within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
